 Targets towards 31-dec-2020

Slight breather as returns in investment has over taken actual investments. May end december with 5% returns. That is great in the covid situation. The next target will be to get ICICI bank to minimum balance level by 31st December. As of now it looks do-able.  If things work proper it may get over with good time left out. The target that follows up is 31-Mar-2021.  Expect to close everything on credit card or atleast have a minimal amount on the credit card as payable balance. The other deadline that I am setting for myself is the closure of personal loan by Dec 31 of 2021. By July 31st 2021 i expect the 4.5,6,7,8 thing to get over with 144 shots of 17K. By November 2021 expect PF stabilizer to be in place firmly and December onwards will start the payment of final house loan repayment. Oh god keep me happy and let my brain work normal to get these things done.

Running towards the completion of first year for virtual house

10 Months will get over for this virtual house. 38 more left. As of now the going is not great, but that doesnot mean the going will be like this forever. Averaging is happening rapidly, but the stock of yesbank is not moving in the same way as anticipated. But in one year i expect it to come back on track. Let us see how it goes.  Next 8 months may give it a direction.

Virtual house

For the first time i have started targetting the virtual house. It means that i should get an income of 10,000/- per month or 1.2L per annum as the rental income. I chose finvasia as my broker. Target is to see by my fourth year i.e 2023 dec the virtual house should be ready. May lord vishnu bless me in this plan.

The targets for 2020 are out.  PK needs to be at 11.2  which means  11.2/3 = 3.71.  so nb is 3.71 is 3.71/450=824.  bb is 3.71/120= 3090 and itb is 3.71/300=1236.

For i71811 the target is 3.3.  so nb is 1.1/150=735 , bb=1.1/40= 2750 and itb is 1100

For yapp16 the target8.52  so nb is 8.9/3/375=791 bb is 2960 and itb is 1186

for tbzl302 the target is 6.9 so nb is 766 for bb it is 2875 and itb it is 1437

The total distance to be covered is 254391.95.  There are 13 helpers so each helper needs to get 19600. indigo needs to push 33. per day it is  8.5.  Shreecem is next helper per day 100 is help needed. Next helper is SRF he needs to help at 20 a day. The final helper is titan who needs to help out at 7 per day.  Let us see things will go good. May lord vishnu help in doing these.

pp strategy for 5 days

The total distance to be covered is 209157.24. Per day the distance to be covered is 41831.448. The total levers are 10 in number. so per lever it is 4184. With indigo it is 7. With titan it is 6 and with SRF it is 17.  5 days but to do there is no go. After that 1.2L to be done before june expiry

4 day strategy for 71

Total distance to be covered is 50255.73.  Total time is 4 days. So per day coverage is 12563.9.  The helpers are 6 so per helper the coverage equates to 2094.  The titan per helper is 3 where as the sfc helper aveage is 9.  This looks doable and helps close one loan which is sitting on the head.

10 day strategy for 302

total debt is 371643.35   This when divided into 8 segments and 10 blocks becomes as 4646.

This gives a dimension of shreecem to be 4646/50 equal to 100 approximately.
banknifty has to be 4646/20=235 approximately. titan has to be 4646/750 equal to 7 approximately.  Though few are tough but next 80 blocks making it possible for 302 is a necessity. Let us get into the war with the hope we can make it possible.

Hello Friends,

I am back to share views after long time.  The credit for this definitely goes to my friend Sachin Kumar Prasad . He was the inspiration to come back for posting my views on various things. I am certainly lucky to have a friend like him. Sachin I miss the tea we used to have at koperkhairne and at ghansoli office of yours. I miss you very much. Few people who have made big mark during the stay there was you, my maid Vanaja, ICICI preeti garu, Krishna who fed me many times at his room. telugu mess friends. ramakrishna who is now in accenture, Reliance communications friends etc. I am back to share the views.

Beware of people near you.

Normally people who want to do harm will never be far away.  They will always come very near to you. When they feel you are slightly out of your secure zone they will do what they are expected to do. So always keep an eye on the people who are very near to you. 

Good Match and great learnings in today's game.

Today's cricket match was a good example. Dhoni played beautifully. He was under immense pressure from media. The best point was he raised to the occasion. After India has won the match, there was not even smile on the face of Ravi shastri. It was like why India has won this match. Somehow this guy Ravi shastri never rose above petty politics. But a lesson that when a person believes in himself he can defend against all odds.  A very good lesson for me too.

Niyath.

Once upon time in my life i met a person. That person had a good word Niyath. Agar aap ka niyath teek nahi tho apko milne se bhi bacha paida nahi hoga words type.  According to that person if u are not true even if u meet you cannot get a child. A very true stick for measuring the truthfulness of a person. Some how today suddenly some body in office a punjabi friend of my friend use the word niyath in a different context. So I started thinking. The first person who coined that word niyath also didn't had kids later from the marriage after more than three years. Would that mean there is no truthfulness in that marriage. I was stunned by my silence and said it is better that i dont ask questions to myself which don't have answers.

Let me be good and do good to people which was my path on which i traveled all this years.

Time to have extroverts around.

Its time now to get extroverts around rather than having introverts. This is coming from the experince. I used to have a friend at mumbai who is a gem of a person. He was hardworking, outspoken, easy going. Probably if i have to chose one guy who can walk straight into my life he was it. I could speak anything with him. He knew about my marriage, my love for vishnu.  He knows each and everything about vishnu. He saw tears on my cheeks, smile on my face, laugh on my face. Enjoyed fruits with him, tea with him, lunch and dinner with him.

He had a brother who was an high introvert. My friend used to ask him to come and sit in the office. He said be in office, i will go on field to find more clients. But his brother was reluctant. His brother just used to sit at home rather than coming into his office. Not even speak to his brother who is trying to do good to him.

Slowly it moved my friend to start beliving on to outsiders who took advantage of the situations.

When i look to myself , i too have a brother. If i speak 100 sentences he has a one word for it. Worked on him from almost  6 months to get a minimal change. But its not working. If i speak anything personal, he cannot give an ear to listen. He must be having his set of professional problems. But it has become tough for me to sit with expectation that he will speak or communicate with me. I should start my search to findout people who can talk freely with me on any topic.

Time to move out and start to get people who will like me and communicate with me as what i am.

Time to think about myself.

Last week started to think its time to think about myself. 10 years of trying to modify the thought process of family has yielded absolutely no results. Probably it is first time in life I has scored a big zero. I have tried myself to explain each and every thing and why it is needed in the changed circumstances. But everything proved to be invain. The madness that god will do everything has crossed its limits. I think its time now that i should seperate out from this thought process to keep myself atleast saved. People may point fingers but the person who knows truth should act.

The capability to take any decision by my father has gone down to negative. In such situations after a long thought process it is time that I move out.

May lord vishnu once again protect me.

Dilip- story started.

It feels good when u groom a person and that person start moved on success. It was around 4 months back when i started grooming this boy into stock market. people are afraid of it. He was a young guy. I wanted to groom him as he was going for a marriage at young age. Goal is simple. In 5 years this guy should stand on his feet strongly irrespective of job swings. When started he was more enthusiastic and taking decision on stocks not doing the home work. Slowly got on to him and started guiding him. Today happy to see that he made a 20% turn around in stocks in one challenging quarter. But there is a long way to go. His patience levels still need to get up atleast by 25 to 35 percent which will eventually happen in course of time. The next logical stage is excel 1 to which i will graduate this boy in next 3 months. By my birthday i want to standup again and say to the word here is one more person whom i am proud of grooming. As of now things look very bright. Let us hope lord vishnu will make it true.

Hastha and valli

Last week before leaving to Banglore, got a call on mobile. As usual picked the call. The otherside voice hello kumar bagunnava. oh god it was valli. Valli from IBM. The same person whom i nurtured a decade back. A devoted supporter of Kumar. Whether I am on right side or wrong side one thing was clear that valli will just support kumar. I enquired about her husband kishore and then came kumar i am sending u photos just open and see. Hastha gadu. Little fellow. I still remember when he was born i got a call, kumar i had a son. Just dont think too much and tell me a name in 45 seconds. I said vishnu hastha. and today seeing a 2.5 year old hastha riding small cycle was so happy. Kumar, u dont worry about future. Even if something happens to me hastha will take care of you, i cannot forget how u helped ani. I said valli helping is a habit, but dont make hastha , kumar if hastha is with u i am sure he will come up in life as a person whom people love. I was moved. But frankly how can i not help hastha. Even i am hastha star born fellow only. Kumar i want to eat sambhar rice with you. i said sure. May be next visit to pune, i will get her sambhar rice. It is really nice to have a friend like valli.

Proud of Oracle engineers

Last week was a testing time.  The power grid in north, north-east and east has failed making the national servers to keep up and running a challenge. the back up needed for these servers. The man power to help them keep running. the best practises to be used in such stage etc were managed very well by oracle engineers to keep the enterprise servers up and running and kudos to the hardword that they have done.
