Hello Friends,
I just went to the mall and after coming I thought will share this with you guys. It is nice to see kids knowing the electronic gadgets and parents getting them those. I am of strong view that gadgets should be used as a motivating factor in kids like if you play well this gadget, if u read well this gadget. If u achieve something, this gadget, if u do household work helping father or mother for one month this gadget etc. like the small ipod which costs 300/- or anything. These gadgets attract the attention of all age kids.
It is not only the duty of elders to give gadgets but also teach kids advantanges and disadvantages. If for example we give the kid a mobile, or allow him to use our mobile teach him not only games in the mobile but also calculator, alarm clock etc so that it does the good part.
I just thought to share with all of you as i felt it good to see kids using gadgets.
may lord vishnu bless all kids with good future.

Paa
Hello friends,
After a long time with some good free time thought would write the things close to heart. Yes u guessed right. Movies. The recent movie I saw was Paa. It is a good movie. The director Balki needs to be congratulated in the way he has handled the movie. The roles were tailored very properly and cast has done justice to each role. There is one more reason for me to love this movie. The name of auro closest friend being that of 'VISHNU' a name which i love. Coming to the fact it was a great role by abhishek whom i critized lot of times, this time he has done perfect. The way he gets media is superb from director point of view. The word of superman 'With the power, responsibility should come' Was a killer. His acceptance on TV saying yes I had it without condom shows the gut of director. All in all abhishek is lucky to carry his father amitabh as kid on his back. i am sure it is a life time rememberance for him. His sincerity saying asking vidyabalan where are u calling her from phone shows his sincerity. His coming forward to accept auro as his kid and sticking with it shows maturity. Unfortunately he could keep his kid happy in the last stages as vidyabalan character is more on ego and to prove point. She realizes only few seconds before the death of auro even made tears come out of my eyes.
The next character is auro. I dont have words to tell. fridge me achar hai voh lavo. maa thum kavo why do u want to punish yourself for me. Bum, yeh dress kaisi hai, acha nahi from bum and he says then i will take this only. mistake ka raj with abhishek what to say height of kid. The way he gets ready to go to delhi shows how kids hope. the dialogue with vishnu, i will take after i see bhavan agar tujhe kutch hogaya tho. No words simply stunning peformance. White globe and showing his natural dance before taking prize is too good.
Coming to vidya balan's character i loved it only for sometime. I hated this character when abhishek asks where are u she keeps down the phone. At final stages she carries ego this didnot go well with me. There are positive shades of this character too. Even after knowing kid has disease she carries kid with her. The scene in garden when other female comes and ask what happened to him, the coolness shown is great. The love she has for auro is good. The way she reads his mind by getting sony game etc is superb. Though she has lot of positives the ego which cannot break before kid on death bed made me look this character differently.
Coming to character of vishnu and little girl, they lived to the screen expectations.
Overall i learnt some good lessons frm this movie.
May lord vishnu bless one and all.

Subconscious fear- how to over come.
Hello Friends,
This is a quite intresting blog. I was having discussion with a person of great value to me today. Suddenly the topic moved onto fears. I asked the person to note down the fears on a piece of paper as my sir always used to tell if you find causes , mapping solutions is easy. I enquired about have the fears been penned, i was given reply they are subconscious fears. So i thought i would use the blog as mechanism to address how to overcome.
Sometimes we don’t recognize fear for what it really is. We give it other disguises and names like self-sabotage, procrastination or just being plain lazy. But if you dig deeper to those dark layers we all have, you realize that your resistance is based in fear.
To overcome your fear you’ve got to start by recognizing fear for what it really is.
#1. Recognize What Fear Is and Is Not
Realize that there is only one moment and that moment is n-o-w. If you really take the time to dissect and look at your fear, you’ll see something completely obvious. Fear is not something that is happening now, it’s something that you’ve predicted to happen in the future. Here’s a quick excerpt I picked up from the definition of fear in Wikipedia:
“Fear always relates to future events, such as worsening of a situation, or continuation of a situation that is unacceptable.”
You could say that fear is how you feel (emotionally) about something that hasn’t even happened yet. Isn’t that interesting? It’s not something that is happening n-o-w, but something you expect to happen. And that expectation builds the feeling of fear.
Now I wouldn’t put all fears in this category. If you’re in the North American Rockies and you run into a grizzly bear, you’d be afraid. I’d be afraid too. You didn’t make up the grizzly bear in your head, it’s sitting right there in front of you.
But back to my point. There is only one of two places your fear can come from: either internal memories or external images in the n-o-w. I’d say 99% of those images are self created, internal images.
#2. Are you proactive or re-active?
The neighbors dog always barks at the mail man. He’s been doing that for the past two years. The problem is that the neighbors dog is a huge German Sheppard so half the neighborhood can hear him.
What’s really interesting is that this German Sheppard is a real big baby. You’d think he was all tough the way he barks behind that fence, but my experience tells me another story.
Just the other day something really interesting happened. I was outside and I heard him barking behind the fence. He couldn’t see me and I couldn’t see him. I’m not quite sure, but I thought maybe he heard me or smelt me and that set off his barking. But still, this dog knows me very well so it was odd to hear him barking at me.
A few minutes later the neighbor let him out and as soon as the German Sheppard saw me - he stopped barking. As I saw him calm down I went up to see him. His eyes were are glazed over like he just saw a ghost. Poor guy, I wonder what sort of pictures he was putting in his head? Something scared the beejeezus out of him - and obviously, it wasn’t me.
But we do the same thing, don’t we?
We think of an unlikely future situation, something that hasn’t even happened yet; and then we play it over and over again in our minds, scaring ourselves silly.
You could just as easily play a funny image over and over again and make yourself laugh hysterically…. but we don’t seem to do that.
#3. You Can Eliminate Fear in Less Than 60 MinutesYes, you can eliminate fears that quickly. It’s no voodoo or black magic. You just need to know how the mind works and how quickly it can change.
I’ve worked with a few friends to help them eliminate fear. One had a terrible reaction to bees. He would panic everytime he saw one. After a few sessions together he stopped panicking. Makes for a better camping experience because he loves the outdoors. Just recently he moved to a small town outside of the city - I’m sure they’ve got plenty of bees, but that doesn’t seem to bother him.
The reason you can eliminate fears so quickly is because of how the brain is structured and how it works. The brain uses chemicals and electricity to communicate with other parts of the brain.
To keep things simple just think of the brain as a big pile of spaghetti. When you get scared, a stimulus (something you hear, see or feel) triggers electrical current to flow through that piece of spaghetti (the neural strand). And that spaghetti noodle leads the current in your brain to re-create that scary experience - even though it isn’t real. I’ve drawn it for you below.
Rewire Your Brain
http://cid-bf1e10c6165f8a62.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Public/Rewire-Your-Brain.jpg
please see the jpg.
What I do is find the stimulus that triggers the scary experience and associate it with a more pleasant experience. That way, the next time a stimulus sets off the trigger, your brain automatically sends those electrical signals along a new neural strand - so you don’t replay those scary experiences in your head anymore.
Your brain loves making associations so this works really well.

Pravin Mahajan- Psycological pressure- Brain dead.
Dear friends,
Saw this article today and thought i should put my comments on this. http://www.deccanchronicle.com/national/docs-pravin-clinically-dead-249 .This is a perfect example of how mental pressure can kill a person with in a short period. We all know pravin mahajan killed his brother pramod mahajan. It is a known fact that he was used by some elements for their political gains. After killing he was alinated from his family. The pressure started building in his brain itself and the final thing is very clear. Even death has to be declared by govt for the body to get cremation. How many of us know the mental pressures we are going through. As i always mention this has no reference to anybody alive/dead, friends/enemies/relatives or whomsoever. We all know we are pushed to the end of mental pressures in workplaces, families etc. But how many times the people who should be our are with us. It varies from person to person. somebody may have a good boss who can shield to some extent the pressure and help employee regain confidence. somebody may have good father who could be a guide in times of crisis. somebody may have a good wife who can be a good friend. somebody can have a good friend who will divert the attention and reduce the intensity of mental pressure.
In telegu there is a saying for wife 'KARYESHU DASI, KARANESHU MANTRI, BHOJYESHU MATHA, SAYANESHU RAMBHA'. A wife when working should be like a coworker , when planning/discussing should be like a minister, when serving food should be like a mother and when sleeping should be a good bed partner. In today's world a person who should be good co-worker, minister, mother role players are almost extinct.
Mental pressures have to be handled individually, support systems in houses crumbling with nuclear families. Friends give a thought where are we going. Dont get into the words of wellwishers who create this mental pressures and move away safely. This happens time and again in everybodies lifes.
I sincerly wish god to give people a peaceful life.
May lord vishnu bless us all.

Responsibility.
Hello friends,
Hope all of u have have watched the cricket match. What a lesson it gives to all of us. The lesson responsibility. If the person at top forgets the responsibility how it affects all the people under the chain. The matter/views placed here are for the blog and have no relavance to any of my friends/wellwishers/relatives.
My dad always used to say that in the house if the husband is not responsible that house crumbles fast. We might have seen n number of examples of this in our life. Similarly if the CEO/MD of house is not responsible the company/organization comes down with jet speed. If the leader of the nation is not responsible the countries growth comes to halt. coming to today's match, the authorities very well know in advance that a match is going to be played here well in advance as it is the international match. But as usual it happens in north india where the responsibility levels are at their lowest levels compared to south, west and for that matter east it was the easy going attitude which resulted in a far pathetic pitch. Today the match is abandoned putting shame on the country that it cannot make a 22 yards strip good to play for international players. Not only that this irresponsiblity could cost us more. Any venue which is declared unfit for play cannot hold matches for 12-24 months depending on the notice from ICC. This means that the world cup matches to be hosted at this stadium have fallen in dilema. This has raised serious doubts regarding our capability to hold the common wealth games.
Simple, simple things of responsibility in life. If a bus driver is not responsibile and drives bus with little irresponsibility all the passengers are in doom. If he drives responsible, the 40 passenger in bus can have fun watching movie etc. But if he becomes irresponsible it is over. If the passengers wish that he too become fun oriented then it is the sense of driver which should work and drive with responsibility. same with Train, if the motorman feels ease and cross the signal thats it. Same with pilot during taking and landoff. Infact it is with everybody who is in charge.
Most of the successful houses had a responsible person at top which allowed all the other down chain to have fun. but if the top becomes weak , the fun disappears from all.
Hence friends become a responsible husbands with senses. Drive the families so that members can have full fledged fun. Become good employees with responsibility so that organizations can grow. Become responsible citizens so that country can prosper.
let us take oath that we will responsible and make people down us have fun.
may lord vishnu bless us all.

KUNTIPUTRUDU
After a long time it is like writing with my heart rather than words. After a long time a very good movie again on TV. The movie which touches my heart. Being a very big admirer of Mohanbabu. The novel thing of him which world knows and which is quite good to reiterate. He gives 25% of students in the school free education and this money comes from his movies which are produced under 'SREE LAKSHMI PRASANNA' banners and the next thing being his eldest son named vishnu which is the word close to my heart. The uniqueness of this school which no other school i had come across is the school doesnot record ur religion, caste, creed. Everybody is one and same and its only talent which is the basis. I wish that it comes to everyplace some day. I pray to god that i do atleast 1% of that someday. Its my wish to see dad be there when i do it, for dad is the person who guided what could have been a govt school life with values.

The words 'VADHALA BRATHUKU EPPUDU BADHENU RA' touched my heart. How true it is. The life with arguments always is a painful one. I must have seen this movie umpteen times. The charater played by mohanbabu is unique. No other actor can play that role. The mother role played by her is super. If any of you friends have the DVD please share this with me.
'GUMMALU THOMIDI GUNDEMO CHINADI EEH DARI VACHEVURA JEEVA EEH DARI POYEVU RA'. Yes god when he makes human the final thing life is pushed through one of the 9 openings in body '2 EYES 2 EARS 2 NOSTRILS, ONE MOUTH AND TWO PRIVATE OPENINGS' and life goes out also through one of them. some die eyes open . some die mouth open. Life just pulls away from one of the nine.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwpIUc2FFnM&feature=related
'NEE KOPAME NEEKU KORIVI LANTIDI' . Your anger is the like the death light (stick which pyre is given to person after death'.'LOLAPALE NINNU KALCHUTHUNADHi' it kills u from inside while alive itself.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joa4R0A-WJ4&feature=related
when I listen to these dialogues i feel proud that I am lucky enough to watch these. There can be no second actor who cautions indians like this. In hindi nanapatekar did the same role. But mohanbabu because of his unique voice modulation took slight advantage. But both the actors are superb when comes to this movie.
The only actor who can do god's role (yamadharma raju being latest ( people love it), kings role in annamaya( people love this king), villan ( he is no one villan in AP), comedian( how many roles he made people laugh is not countable), hero ( does somebody needs to say he is 'COLLECTION KING"). producer of 50 films under sreelakshmiprasanna banners, assitant director( initial days). He must have done lot of good in his previous life to be a person like this to serve society in large.
May lord vishnu bless us all with good values.

Sehwag- No nonsense person.
Hello friends,
Todays topic is about the most entertaining cricketer of our generation. Yes you are right. It is Virendar Sehwag. 2 days before match started he said if i win toss i will field first. when he was asked same he said, I dont wanted to create confusion in my team. I said what i am going to do. It helped the team to orient themselves of what he is expecting. He also stressed the youngsters to grab this opportunity saying he is ready to take that risk. Virat playing under his captaincy made a century.
Sometimes I see myself resembling virendar for I make clear to my team both professional and personal of what is my strategy. This has helped me lot of times. It has helped me peak lot of times. I would urge all of you also to take a leaf from virendar and be outspoken and atleast will try.
May lord vishnu bless you all.

Developer versus tester- everybody is right
Dear Friends,
Today's topic is a very intresting one which was put forward to me showing the numbers of 6 and 9 and saying both are right in their ways. This was some topic which i delivered a lecture sometime back.
First let me start with Developer. He is the person who has to think of making something new. It has to be helpful in what so ever format. Which means a developer needs to have a positive brain. The thing he wishes to develop may take a shape or may not take a shape. He should have the quality of believing in himself and hope towards the solution. He should develop the solution in a time frame else it becomes redundant. He needs to have a time calculation with himself. He need to be a patient listner for he needs to understand the solution vision and also visualize it for himself. He needs to think whether the product/solution he is developing compliments any other product/solution or exists independent. A developer needs to have patience for he may fail n number of times and he is the torch bearer so he does not have anybody at front to guide. We can keep on writing like this for pages but hopefully we have addressed some of the important things.
Now let us come to the tester. He need to be a critic of product/solution and has to find bugs/issues in the product. He should have a negative bent of brain saying this will not work. He is the one who enters after product/solution has taken a shape unlike the developer.he should have the capability to compare it with present needs unlike the requirements gathered in past. He needs to be aggressive to find anomalies in product/solution. He should be a noise maker to bring to notice of people of the anomalies he found in the product/solution. His pressure for failure is less, as if he fails people will say product is bug free. If he passes people will say he found lot of bugs. So the pressure of proving is less compared to developer.
For a successful developer a positive critic is needed. if the critic is negative/detrimental the entire process of new things gets halted. We have seen this happening in lot of companies.
Even in personal lifes husband is like a developer who has to give shapes to lot of things and setting time limits etc for them. Wife is like a tester who is noise making. If the tester becomes a negative critic then that family derails( I myself is example for this and i dont feel ashamed as i tried as a developer every possible thing).
Karishma kapoor almost came to the extent of divorce being a negative critic of sunjay kapoor. It was a slap from Randhir kapoor among everybody at chembur and the words ' do you want to become your mother who has damaged your lifes by taking u away from me. do you want to create ur daughter the same'. That slap converted her from being negative critic to neutral and life went smooth.
Steffi graph and agassi. Steffi was positive critic of Agassi which made him world no 1 at a very old age.
The simple example is that of bus driver conductor relation. IF conductor stops bus for issuing tickets the driver can do nothing and will get delayed. If the conductor issues tickets while the bus is moving it will reach destination in time.
I leave it to couples after this. The developer tester thing was presented to Mr. sudhakar kavuru, the MD,CEO of indosoft international pvt ltd which was my first IT job. This critical analysis got me my first job for it was mentioned on the sheet as 'the candidate has his feet firm on ground and close to real life mapping;- selected.
I thank the person who wanted this to be presented for it brought memories of old and wish if this blog can make the thought process orient to some better side the purpose of the blog is achieved.

Office - pressure tactics- limitations
Hello friends,
Just now i received a call from my ex-collegue and thought that I will put it on blog for benefit of all our friends. As you are aware that december end is appraisal season in some companies. Our friend kept on to rely on pressure tactics saying I will resign if this hike is not given etc. The company said its ok and we serve one month notice on you as per procedure. Dont engineer pressure tactics for they backfire most times. I thought of sharing this at this midnight.
May lord vishnu bless all a good future.

Father and Tiger in New generation way
Hello Friends
I am told a small story when I was young by my father. Once upon a time a father and a son went to jungle to fetch some wood. The father made the son sit on the tree and said to call him if the tiger comes as he is going into deep jungle. The son who was mischief called father tiger tiger once. The father came running with axe in hand to kill tiger. He asked son where is the tiger. The son said i wanted to test whether my voice will reach u and u will come or not. The father found a reason in it and went back into the jungle to cut wood. After few minutes the son called again father tiger tiger, the father came running and asked the same question. The son replied i have fooled you. Without saying anything the father went back into the jungle. Third time the tiger came, the son shouted father tiger tiger but thinking the son is playing prank the father did not come and the boy was killed by tiger.
In modern days in our offices and our personal lifes we know that what we are doing is not right. But still we stick to it. Example is nagging wifes who very well know that what they are doing is wrong. But still they will do it and one day it will take the lives of husband and families fall on street. Similarly professional lifes also. We know we have to do good work by ourselves and dont raise our standards to be out of system. If the nagging wives can just look in one second of what they are doing is wrong and change how peaceful the families will be. What will one get by nagging and making others loose life.
Share this with your better halves if it can change even one of the families the intent of writing on this blog is fulfilled.
May lord vishnu bless all with happiness.

Positive nature
I remember my dad teaching me the power of language at a very young age. Not only did my dad understand that specific words affect our mental pictures, but he understood words are a powerful programming factor in lifelong success.
One particularly interesting event occurred when I was eight. As a kid, I was always climbing trees, poles, and literally hanging around upside down from the rafters of our lake house. So, it came to no surprise for my dad to find me at the top of a 30-foot tree swinging back and forth. My little eight-year-old brain didn't realize the tree could break or I could get hurt. I just thought it was fun to be up so high.
My older cousin, Taruni, was also in the same tree. She was hanging on the first big limb, about ten feet below me. Tammy's mother also noticed us at the exact time my dad did. About that time a huge gust of wind came over the tree. I could hear the leaves start to rattle and the tree begin to sway. I remember my dad's voice over the wind yell, "kumar, Hold on tightly." So I did.
The next thing I know, I heard Taruni screaming at the top of her lungs, laying flat on the ground. She had fallen out of the tree.
I scampered down the tree to safety. My dad later told me why she fell and I did not. Apparently, when Taruni's mother felt the gust of wind, she yelled out, "taruni, don't fall!" And taruni did fall.
My dad then explained to me that the mind has a very difficult time processing a negative image. In fact, people who rely on internal pictures cannot see a negative at all. In order for Taruni to process the command of not falling, her nine-year-old brain had to first imagine falling, then try to tell the brain not to do what it just imagined. Whereas, my eight-year-old brain instantly had an internal image of me hanging on tightly.
This concept is especially useful when you are attempting to break a habit or set a goal. You can't visualize not doing something. The only way to properly visualize not doing something is to actually find a word for what you want to do and visualize that. For example, when I was thirteen years old, I played for my junior high school football team. I tried so hard to be good, but I just couldn't get it together at that age. I remember hearing the words run through my head as I was running out for a pass, "Don't drop it!" Naturally, I dropped the ball.
My coaches were not skilled enough to teach us proper "Self-Talk." They just thought some kids could catch and others couldn't. I'll never make it pro, but I'm now a pretty good Sunday afternoon football player, because all my internal dialogue is positive and encourages me to win. I wish my dad had coached me playing football instead of just climbing trees. I might have had a longer football career.
Here is a very easy demonstration to teach your kids and your friends the power of a toxic vocabulary. Ask them to hold a pen or pencil. Hand it to them. Now, follow my instructions carefully. Say to them, "Okay, try to drop the pencil." Observe what they do.
Most people release their hands and watch the pencil hit the floor. You respond, "You weren't paying attention. I said TRY to drop the pencil. Now please do it again." Most people then pick up the pencil and pretend to be in excruciating pain while their hand tries but fails to drop the pencil.
The point is made. If you tell your brain you will "give it a try," you are actually telling your brain to fail. I have a "no try" rule in my house and with everyone I interact with. Either people will do it or they won't. Either they will be at the party or they won't. I'm brutal when people attempt to lie to me by using the word try. Do they think I don't know they are really telegraphing to the world they have no intention of doing it but they want me to give them brownie points for pretended effort? You will never hear the words "I'll try" come out of my mouth unless I'm teaching this concept in a seminar.
If you "try" and do something, your unconscious mind has permission not to succeed. If I truly can't make a decision I will tell the truth. "Sorry John. I'm not sure if I will be at your party or not. I've got an outstanding commitment. If that falls through, I will be here, Insha Allah. Otherwise, I will not. Thanks for the invite." People respect honesty. So remove the word "try" from your vocabulary.
My dad also told me that psychologists claim it takes seventeen positive statements to offset one negative statement. I have no idea if it is true, but the logic holds true. It might take up to seventeen compliments to offset the emotional damage of one harsh criticism.
These are concepts that are especially useful when raising children. Ask yourself how many compliments you give yourself daily versus how many criticisms. Heck, I know you are talking to yourself all day long. We all have internal voices that give us direction.
So, are you giving yourself the 17:1 ratio or are you short changing yourself with toxic self-talk like, "I'm fat. Nobody will like me. I'll try this diet. I'm not good enough. I'm so stupid. I'm broke, etc. etc."
If our parents can set a lifetime of programming with one wrong statement, imagine the kind of programming you are doing on a daily basis with your own internal dialogue. Here is a list of Toxic Vocabulary words. Notice when you or other people use them.
* BUT: Negates any words that are stated before it.
* TRY: Presupposes failure.
* IF: Presupposes that you may not.
* MIGHT: It does nothing definite. It leaves options for your listener.
* WOULD HAVE: Past tense that draws attention to things that didn't actually happen.
* SHOULD HAVE: Past tense that draws attention to things that didn't actually happen (and implies guilt.)
* COULD HAVE: Past tense that draws attention to things that didn't actually happen but the person tries to take credit as if it did happen.
* CAN'T/DON'T: These words force the listener to focus on exactly the opposite of what you want. This is a classic mistake that parents and coaches make without knowing the damage of this linguistic error.
Examples:
* Toxic phrase: "Don't drop the ball!"
* Likely result: Drops the ball
* Better language: "Catch the ball!"
* Toxic phrase: "You shouldn't watch so much television."
* Likely result: Watches more television.
* Better language: "I read too much television makes people stupid. You might find yourself turning that TV off and picking up one of those books more often!"
Exercise:
* Take a moment to write down all the phrases you use on a daily basis or any Toxic Self-Talk that you have noticed yourself using. Write these phrases down so you will begin to catch yourself as they occur and change them.
Forge a positive relationship with the world around you and the world will become a better place for you to live. And remember: Make positive Self-Talk a daily practice.

Rajkot cricket match- lesson for us.
Hello friends,
What a thrilling match of Rajkot. First when india scored 414 everybody thought its a cake walk. But what a way srilanka fought. almost snatched the match. This match is a lesson for all of us. sometimes we think we are in a comfortable position in life but all of a sudden we see the challenge becomes so big that our comfort looks diminished. I would like to take examples of two famous personalities here and I feel really bad for them. The first is the dance king Prabhudeva. He came through all the steps in life by sheer hardwork and dedication. When he was comfortable with his family he lost his kid at 40+ age and no way to come back into life. I dont say kid is only life , but it was for that he fought all the way. Second is BabuMohan who is a famous telugu comedy actor who lost his 24 years old son when he established himself in tollywood after all the struggles. I had seen a person in my life. Mr.Arunava dutta, ex director of oracle software india ltd who lost his daughter when she was having fish( she was fond of fish being a bengali at the age of 14) which made arunava dutta to resign to his position and go back to his village. Lots of examples.
Would that mean that we surrender to fate. The answer is No. Like 45th over it looked india is out but sheer determination from zaheer and ashish nehra won the game. Similary working on other aspects of life can get back into life.
I wish lord vishnu bless us all with happiness and peace.
Happy to receive all your love and affection for the blog. I am also exicted to get so much love from you all.
