Good discussion at tea stall.

It was a good discussion at tea stall today in the morning. we feel that if we get transffered to south it will be good. North feel if they get transffered to north it will be good. Same to east and west. But importantly india is a country of multiple languages. If we go to south, tamilnadu has tamil and its culture. Kerala has malayalam lang and its culture, karnataka has kannada and its culture same to AP. similarly if we come to west maharashtra has marati and its culture, gujarat has gujrathi adn its culture, rajasthan has rajasthani and its culture. North has punjabi and its culture. kashmiri and its culture. bihari and its culture. Same goes to east wb with bengali its culture, assam with assami its culture.mizoram, nagaland etc and its cultures. As employees we find mostly our employment outside. If we can adapt to that places rather than feeling out of place we can find peace. it is the best policy rather being rigid. Rigidness always spoils life. Flexibility brings in joy and fun.
