How to make Indian democracy more meaningful.

Hello Friends,
Today I want to share my views on drastically different thing, on how to make democracy more meaningful in terms of voting in india. The biggest problem i see in voting in indian democracy is it takes quantity into account and not quality. First Indian voting system needs to undergo a drastic change. Let every person be identified by what he is so that the false votes into the system can be veeded off. Today every person has one of mobile phone, Pancard, bank account etc even to remote village levels. Let the person be identified by using any of them and create a universal number one for each individual and capture his education levels till one month before elections. Let the special skills like he is an industrialist etc be also captured and then let there be some multiplication factor for the votes. An vote of IAS officer should carry more weight to the weight given by a person who is a rickshaw puller. The reason and logic behind this being that the first looks the future of country on a bigger scale where as the latter looks on very small scale. Similarly the age of 35-60 should get extra points as future is very important at that age and they would have got some maturity due to age provided they have minimum education qualification. If we can incorporate things like this it will force people to do education and bring a country forward which can think of future.
